22 January 2012 UPDATE!!
All our past litters are sold and gone to new homes.
Up coming litter is a chocolate
litter with maybe some yellows expected to be born February 22nd and
be ready April 11th from Tracy and Tucker. (These litters are
always out standing, good hunters and wonderful companion dogs)

our Started dogs are sold but we intend to start some more this
spring to get started hunting next hunting season. Our new dog
training system has worked out very well and some of our customers
are coming back in March,
when our next training

OUR MOTTO:
We don't just sell puppies we sell happiness.
We have been raising labs for about 35 years. I was an avid hunter most of my life, but as I got older I had to give it up. Since I loved Labs so much, I started field trialing and breeding Labrador retrievers, and since chocolates were so popular I decided to specialize in them. Now we have all three colors with some of the best hunting stock in the country. There are 3 lakes on the property and plenty of training grounds. We have 16 kennels, 4 large exercise lots, and 4 whelping stations in a climate controlled 24X24 puppy room.
All puppies are handled and socialized by people, and customers are encouraged to visit and play with the puppies any time they wish. All pups will have their first shots and be wormed, with a 2 year guarantee on hips, eyes, and elbow ofa or penn-hip.

We have a new Male here at Bentwood. His name is
Jake.
Jake comes from
Sager and Lacy. We are real high on this
dog. He has already participated in the Junior hunt test and he
has finished two legs and is halfway towards completing his title.
